1. Delivery Area

We deliver to:

  Poland – via courier and transport companies,
  
• 
  European Union – subject to additional costs for selected locations (e.g., islands, difficult-to-access regions).
  

Personal pickup is also possible at the company's headquarters: Glinno 61, 64-300 Nowy Tomyśl

2. Order Fulfillment Time

• 
  Orders paid by bank transfer or online – are fulfilled after the payment is credited.
  
• 
  Cash-on-delivery orders – are fulfilled after order confirmation.
  
• 
  Standard fulfillment time is 3–7 business days, depending on product availability and chosen delivery method.

  For made-to-order or personalized products, fulfillment time may be longer – information about the deadline is available on the product page.
  

3. Delivery Costs

  Delivery cost depends on:

4. Delivery Methods

All shipments are made in "door to door" mode – to the first architectural obstruction.

5. Shipment Tracking

After dispatch, the Customer receives:

  a link to track the shipment (if available).
  

6. Receiving the Shipment

  The Customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment upon receipt.
  
• 
  In case of damage to the packaging or goods, it is necessary to:

  draw up a damage report with the courier,
  
• 
  contact customer service immediately.
  

7. Delays and Delivery Problems

8. Changes and Limitations

The Seller reserves the right to:

9. Returns

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable European Union law, a Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the order.

To exercise the right of return, please send us a declaration of withdrawal from the contract (e.g., by email to: [insert email address here]) and send the product back to the following address:

The refund will be processed immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods or proof of their return.

Return Conditions

  The returned product must not show signs of use or be damaged.

  The product should be returned in its original packaging, in a manner that protects it from damage.

  The cost of returning the product is borne by the Buyer, unless the return is due to a store error (e.g., an incorrect or defective product was sent).
  

Made-to-Order Products

Handles made in the Custom option (individual order – e.g., in a non-standard color, size, or finish) are not subject to return or exchange, in accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.

Complaints

If the received product is defective, damaged in transit, or not in accordance with the order, please contact us at [email address].

We will process complaints immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days.
