1. Delivery Area

We deliver to:

  Poland – via courier and transport companies,
  
• 
  The European Union – with additional costs for selected locations (e.g., islands, hard-to-reach regions).
  

Personal collection is also possible at the company's registered office: Glinno 61, 64-300 Nowy Tomyśl

2. Order Fulfillment Time

  Orders paid by bank transfer or online – fulfilled after payment is credited.

  Cash on delivery orders – fulfilled after order confirmation.
  
• 
  Standard fulfillment time is 3-7 business days, depending on product availability and selected delivery method.

  For custom or personalized products, the fulfillment time may be longer – information on the deadline is provided on the product page.
  

3. Delivery Costs

4. Delivery Methods

All shipments are "door to door" – to the first architectural obstacle.

5. Tracking Shipments

After dispatch, the Customer receives:

6. Receipt of Shipment

  The Customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment upon receipt.

  In case of damage to the packaging or goods, it is necessary to:

  draw up a damage report with the courier,

  immediately contact customer service.
  

7. Delays and Delivery Problems

8. Changes and Restrictions

The Seller reserves the right to:

9. Returns

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable European Union law, a Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

To exercise the right of return, please send us a statement of withdrawal from the contract (e.g., by email to: [insert email address here]) and return the product to the following address:

The refund will be processed immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods or proof of their dispatch.

Return Conditions

  The returned product must not show signs of use or be damaged.

  The product should be returned in its original packaging, in a manner that protects it from damage.

  The cost of returning the product is borne by the Buyer, unless the return is due to a store error (e.g., an incorrect or defective product was sent).
  

Custom-made Products

Handles made as Custom (on individual order – e.g., in a non-standard color, size, or finish) are not eligible for return or exchange, in accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.

Complaints

If the received product is defective, damaged in transit, or not in conformity with the order, please contact us at [email address].

We will process complaints promptly, no later than within 14 calendar days.
