1. Delivery Area

We deliver to:

• 
  Poland – via courier and transport companies,
  
• 
  European Union – subject to additional costs for selected locations (e.g., islands, difficult-to-access regions).
  

Personal pickup is also possible at the company's headquarters: Glinno 61, 64-300 Nowy Tomyśl

2. Order Fulfillment Time

• 
  Orders paid by bank transfer or online – are fulfilled after the payment is credited.
  
• 
  Cash on delivery orders – are fulfilled after order confirmation.
  
• 
  Standard fulfillment time is 3–7 business days, depending on product availability and chosen delivery method.
  
• 
  For custom-made or personalized products, the fulfillment time may be longer – information on the deadline can be found on the product page.
  

3. Delivery Costs

  Delivery cost depends on:

  product type (dimensions, weight),

  For deliveries outside Poland – the cost may be determined individually after contacting customer service.
  

4. Delivery Methods

  Courier companies: DPD, InPost, DHL, and other carriers.

  Specialized transport: for large or fragile shipments.

  Personal pickup: by prior appointment.
  

All shipments are "door to door" – to the first architectural obstacle.

5. Shipment Tracking

After the shipment is dispatched, the Customer receives:

  tracking link (if available).
  

6. Receiving the Shipment

  The Customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment upon receipt.
  
• 
  In case of damage to the packaging or goods, you should:

  draw up a damage report with the courier,

  contact customer service immediately.
  

7. Delays and Delivery Problems

8. Changes and Restrictions

The Seller reserves the right to:

9. Returns

Right to withdraw from the contract

In accordance with applicable European Union law, a Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

To exercise the right of return, please send us a statement of withdrawal from the contract (e.g., by email to: [insert email address here]) and send the product back to the following address:

The refund will be made immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods or proof of their dispatch.

Return Conditions

  The returned product must not show signs of use or be damaged.

  The product should be returned in its original packaging, in a way that protects it from damage.

  The cost of returning the product is borne by the Buyer, unless the return is due to a store error (e.g., incorrect or defective product sent).
  

Custom-made products

Handles made in the Custom option (individual order – e.g., in a non-standard color, size or finish) are not subject to return or exchange, in accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.

Complaints

If the received product is defective, damaged during transport, or inconsistent with the order, please contact us at [email address].

We process complaints immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days.
