1. Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer or as a sole trader buying for purposes outside your profession, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

2. How to request a return

Send us a statement of withdrawal to filigrana@patora.eu. You may use the withdrawal form, but you don’t have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send the statement before it expires.

3. Sending the goods back

Send the goods back within 14 days of withdrawing from the contract to:

PATORA WOOD ART Sp. z o.o., Glinno 61, 64-300 Nowy Tomyśl, Poland.

Pack them so they are not damaged in transit.

The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the goods.

4. Condition of returned goods

You may inspect and test the goods as you would in a shop. You are liable for any reduction in their value resulting from handling beyond that, e.g. if they have been mounted and show signs of installation.

5. Refund

We refund all payments, including the delivery cost (up to the cheapest delivery option we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your statement. The money is returned using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that they have been sent back.

6. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• products made to the buyer’s specifications or to individual order (e.g. Custom orders: non-standard colour, size, finish);
• gift cards, once used.

7. Exchanges

If you want a different colour or size, return the product and place a new order. You can also write to us and we will arrange an exchange.

8. Damage and complaints

Check the parcel after receiving it. If the goods are damaged, defective or not as ordered, write to filigrana@patora.eu and attach photos. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days. Details in the Terms and Conditions.
