All products on Filigrana.pl are carefully described and photographed, but they do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

2. Prices

Prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN), include VAT and do not include shipping costs, which are shown when placing the order.

3. Placing orders

You can order directly on Filigrana.pl or by e-mail at filigrana@patora.eu.

4. Payment and delivery

Payments are processed through secure online systems. We ship with trusted courier companies.

5. Returns and complaints

As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason (the buyer pays for return shipping). Details: Return policy.

6. Custom products

Individual orders (e.g. non-standard colours, finishes or dimensions) are made to order and cannot be returned.
