What wood are the handles made of?

Filigrana handles are made of solid wood. Natural Oak, Vintage Oak and raw versions are made of oak, lacquered colours (e.g. Sage Green, Crimson Red, Kashmir) of ash, and the walnut version of American walnut. You will find the material and finish of each product in the “Material” tab.

How do I mount a handle?

The handles have durable M4 threaded inserts, so you fix them with an M4 screw driven in from the inside of the front. Choose the screw length to match the thickness of the front. Hole spacing is listed in the “Dimensions and weight” tab and on the technical drawing in the product gallery.

How long does an order take?

Standard lead time is 3–7 working days from payment. Custom and non-standard orders have an individually agreed lead time.

How do you ship?

We ship by courier (e.g. DPD, InPost, DHL) within Poland and the European Union. You will see the shipping cost in the cart before paying. Personal pickup in Glinno (near Nowy Tomyśl, Poland) is possible by appointment.

Can I return a product?

Yes. As a consumer you have 14 days from receiving the parcel to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason – just fill in the withdrawal form or write to filigrana@patora.eu. Products made to individual order (Custom) are excluded. Details: Delivery and returns.

How do I choose a colour for my furniture?

On the Colours page you will find a description of every shade and its equivalents in furniture boards. You can also order a colour sample kit to compare colours in real life.

Can I order handles in a different colour or size?

Yes – we make Custom orders from 20 pcs. More on the Custom page.

Do you provide 3D models?

Yes. STEP, OBJ and 3DS files are available in the “3D model” tab on the product page and in the Designer Zone.

Do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes. Enter your company name and VAT number when placing the order.

How do I care for wooden handles?

Simply wipe them with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Avoid strong detergents and abrasives. Raw (unlacquered) handles can be finished with oil or lacquer yourself.
