Delivery: we ship within Poland and the EU by courier (DPD, InPost, DHL and others). Standard lead time is 3–7 working days from payment. The shipping cost is shown at checkout. Personal pickup in Glinno 61, 64-300 Nowy Tomyśl, Poland, by appointment.
Returns: as a consumer you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Send a statement to filigrana@patora.eu or use the withdrawal form, then return the goods within 14 days to PATORA WOOD ART Sp. z o.o., Glinno 61, 64-300 Nowy Tomyśl, Poland. The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the goods. We refund the payment, including the cheapest delivery cost, within 14 days. Original packaging is not required.
Custom products made to individual order cannot be returned.
