1. Delivery Area

We deliver to:

  Poland – via courier and transport companies,
  
• 
  European Union – with additional costs for selected locations (e.g., islands, hard-to-reach regions).
  

Personal pickup is also available at the company's headquarters: Glinno 61, 64-300 Nowy Tomyśl

2. Order Processing Time

• 
  Orders paid by bank transfer or online – processed after payment is credited.
  
• 
  Cash on delivery orders – processed after order confirmation.
  
• 
  Standard processing time is 3–7 business days, depending on product availability and selected delivery method.
  
• 
  For made-to-order or personalized products, processing time may be longer – information about the deadline can be found on the product page.
  

3. Delivery Costs

  Delivery cost depends on:

  product type (size, weight),
  
• 
  selected delivery method,
  
• 
  recipient's location.

  The exact amount is provided during the order placement.

  For deliveries outside Poland – the cost may be determined individually after contacting customer service.
  

4. Delivery Methods

• 
  Courier companies: DPD, InPost, DHL and other carriers.
  
• 
  Specialized transport: for large or delicate shipments.
  
• 
  Personal pickup: by prior appointment.
  

All shipments are "door to door" – to the first architectural obstruction.

5. Package Tracking

After dispatching the shipment, the Customer receives:

  waybill number,
  
• 
  tracking link (if available).
  

6. Package Receipt

• 
  The Customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment upon receipt.
  
• 
  In case of damage to the packaging or goods, you should:
  
• 
  draw up a damage report with the courier,
  
• 
  contact customer service immediately.
  

7. Delays and Delivery Problems

8. Changes and Restrictions

The Seller reserves the right to:

  change available delivery methods,
  
• 
  temporarily disable selected options,

  individually determine delivery conditions for unusual orders.

9. Returns

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable European Union law, a Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

To exercise the right of return, you must send us a statement of withdrawal from the contract (e.g., by email to: [insert email address here]) and send the product back to the following address:

The refund will be processed immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods or proof of their dispatch.

Return Conditions

  The returned product must not show signs of use or be damaged.

  The product should be returned in its original packaging, in a way that protects it from damage.

  The cost of returning the product is borne by the Buyer, unless the return is due to a store error (e.g., an incorrect or defective product was sent).
  

Made-to-Order Products

Handles made in the Custom option (individual order – e.g., in a non-standard color, size or finish) are not subject to return or exchange, in accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.

If the product received is defective, damaged in transit, or not compliant with the order, please contact us at [email address].

We process complaints promptly, no later than within 14 calendar days.
